I served in a SGM church for 7 years and it was was hugely transformative for my soul, my attitude, and my perceptions of lay ministry.

I want to point out that there are some rare cases where someone cannot help themselves from nodding off. For instance, I began to nod off during meetings despite plenty of sleep because unbeknownst to me, I had a slowly developing case of a rare type of pneumonia. So, sometimes the reason may be medical. In which case the person should temporarily step away from visible areas of ministry with the blessing of the rest of the ministry team.

In relation to the belt pack, the cable from the g...

In relation to the belt pack, the cable from the guitar to the pack was longer than needed - maybe using a smaller cable would help.
